Phase 1: The “This Is Broken” Moment 💥
We saw the gap first-hand.
Young people applying to jobs they don’t want. Employers overwhelmed with noise, not talent. CVs deciding who gets in, instead of who’s actually a fit.
We weren’t going to fix that with another job board. We needed a whole new system, one that starts with the individual, not the application.

Phase 2: Building the Matching Engine 🧠
Before we built the tech, we built the science.
We partnered with a Chartered Psychologist and developed the UK’s first valid job matching algorithm built for young people.
It doesn’t care what school you went to. It cares how you think, what motivates you, and where you’ll perform best.
We measure:
- Personality
- Basic Needs
- Job Motivators
- Job Satfisfaction
And we match it to real careers, in seconds.
Candidates don’t just find jobs, they get clarity. And that changes everything.

Phase 3: Raising to Scale 🚀
We knew we were onto something big, because no one else was solving this our way.
So we raised investment. Not to build another job platform no one needs. To build infrastructure for the future of hiring.

Phase 4: Building the Squad 🤝
We brought in product builders and Gen Z creators. People who’d either lived the problem or fought it daily. Just a team that wanted to help more young people get into jobs they’d actually stay in.

Phase 5: Going Where Gen Z Actually Are 📱
We didn’t start with ads. We started with TikToks.
And the response? Wild.
- 100M+ views
- 40k+ followers
- 15,000 career match completions before we even launched the product
Because when you speak their language, and give them tools that work, Gen Z shows up.

Phase 6: Platform = Live
We launch the full platform in June and it flips the script.
